Fantastic Kids Parties Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who has made a booking with the company Fantastic Kids Parties. By making a booking with Fantastic Kids Parties it is assumed that the client has read the Terms and Conditions.

Fantastic Kids Parties requires a $100.00 non refundable deposit to secure your booking. Confirmation of the final guest/birthday child numbers is required five days prior to your party date. Full/final payment of the party is required three business days prior to the clients party date. Failure to make the final payment may result in cancellation of the event. 

Fantastic Kids Parties and its employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents and damages. Your party presenter will provide you with the most professional of services and will work with you to ensure your home is treated like a “palace”. In the event of damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.

Fantastic Kids Parties requires the client to provide at least two responsible adults to be present throughout the duration of the party. They will remain liable for the safety of all guests throughout the party. 

Fantastic Kids Parties wish to express it is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. All characters are generic costumes and are not affiliated, licensed or associated with any corporation or trademark. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character for your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specific targeted character. In addition, we only accept bookings from individuals that are aware that we do not represent any licensed characters.
